Are pets allowed in all areas of the campsite?
Dogs are allowed throughout the campsite at an additional cost (from €4/night). Dog owners must provide an up-to-date passport and health certificate, including rabies vaccination. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left alone, either in the accommodation or on the pitches. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.
Can I pay for my reservation with vacation vouchers?
Our campsite accepts vacation vouchers, either in paper format or dematerialized via ANCV Connect. To guarantee their security, we advise you to send them by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.
Can I change my reservation?
Reservations can be changed up to 21 days before the arrival date. Any difference in price will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given for overpayments. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover any last-minute changes.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit of €300 is required for rental stays and bike hire. This can be provided by cheque or credit card imprint and will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been noted.
Are sheets and towels included?
Premium rentals include bed linen and towels for the participants indicated at the time of booking. For other types of accommodation, this equipment can be rented as an optional extra.
Is free wifi available throughout the campsite?
All our guests have free access to the wifi network for the duration of their stay.
